Visión: "help for progress as a self-sustaining organization; in partnership with other collaborating agencies, will empower underpriviledged rural people to emerge from their socio-economic and environmental condition to a better quality of life."

Actividades:

• Human resource development with special emphasis on training for women
• Micro Credit Programme to assist with poverty alleviation
• Income generating projects with a training component through the access of funding from donor organizations to constituent groups.
• Local partner of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees since 1995 administering the Refugee Assistance Project and assisting amnesty applicants.
• Consultancy projects to increase sustainability and skill base of HfP
• Agriculture and Environmental Projects
